Add historyline


can I ask a few questions about emails and the add historyline command in SD 5.1?

Does the service desk email have to be in the To list, can it be in the cc list?

If a user replies with RE: Add Historyline it opens a new log - can I stop this and make it add the historyline?

Does Add historyline have to be at the start of the subject? Can I send an email with the subject "Windows update Add historyline 1234" to a user and service desk?
