You could have an UI rule firing when status goes to closed uppdating a duration custom field of yours which is the result of "deadline - actual finish". Then you can filter your view with this custom field less than 1 minute (it doesn't take 0)
If you were to work around it using a Rule, I'd suggest setting up a DB or UI Rule as Alain suggests but instead of subtracting and using a numeric value to compare to, simply add a boolean custom field (which you could name 'Actual Finish past Deadline?').
In Business Logic Rules, you can compare two fields. For example, you could set a condition to be:
When Service Call is modified Where Actual Finish on or after (Field)Deadline
And then, you can filter the View by the boolean field.
