Actual Start is not Reflecting.

Dear All

Due to some technical issue my HP OV SD 4.5 database rule for actual start is changed.I set it again and it is working now but it is not reflecting on previous day service calls and that is why I an not able to generate daily report of previous day.

Can any one help me why in this issue.....

Dear Vijay,
First you have to Create a database rule to set the actual start.

Moreover the rule is aplicable to the calls that are registered after the creation of the Rule and not for the previous date calls.
