Actions In HP Service Desk

HP Service Desk 4.5 SP26 - I have created a new Overview Action based on an exsisiting one, I have assigned it to the role as per the one I have copied from. When I go into a support call to use this action I can see it because I have admin rights, when I log on as a user I cant see it. I have stopped and started the services can anybody advise what I might have to do please?

Hi,

In the role, Advanced options for the Item where you created the Action (i.e. Incident), Actions tab; have you added the action there?

Hi yes i have assigned it to the respective role, the only thing I havent done is bounce the database.
