Action Button for a new mail

we use Servicedesk 4.5 with SP20.
When I create a new servicecall I inserted a database rule to send a mail with the ticket number to the user. In some special situations I want to send this registration mail for a second time.
How can I send manually a mail with an action button in the menue? The mail should contain field informations from the call, for example [ID], [description], ....

You can have a boolean field of button type in Service call form.

Create a Databse rule to send email when this boolean field is YES.

Now whenever you want to send email just click this button.

That is correct,

you can create a Boolean type custom field, make it appear as a button.

Then create a UI rule that when this field is modified and its value equals true, fire the mail notification.

Remember to create another action to set the button equal to false after the rule is fired.
