Accessing Templates problem

Hi,

I know that there is a bug in SD4.5, SP17 which means if you create new, or amend existing Templates, you have to restart the Service Desk services before those changes can be seen by the clients.

I was wondering if anybody knows if this has been fixed in SP23?

Hello Peter,

This was fixed on SP18. SP23 as successor contains that fix.
