A item cannot be opened

A item cannot be opened

Hi all,

we are working with SD 4.5 and SP 20.

Reviewing the Changes created we have encountered one of them that we cannot open (it is said that tha user does not haver permissions, but we are using System).

So, we have viewed in the database that the change is in the "itsm_changes" table, but not in the "v_change" view.

Can anyone explain this situation?.
