1st Notification in 10 minutes, 2nd notification 20 minutes

Hi Folks !!!
is there a way such that after a particular incident assigned to an assignment group an email notification should go to the recipient that we define in notification definition in 10 minutes if the incident is not closed and then once again notification to another recipient defined in notification definition in 20 minutes.
Incident assigned to - A
1st notification in 10 minutes- Recipient X
2nd notification in 20 minutes- Recipient X & Y

Would be great if any1 cud help out...
