I tried logging to workbench using 4 t0 5 credentails and i am not able to.
but all the credentials works fine, when i login to the website.
I am able to telnet as well, Please find the enclosed screen shot.

I tried downloading the workbench from the site, but this is what i am getting.
there is no network issue here and it looks more like an application issue to me.

i have added port 8112 to my inbound and outbound rule, in firewall settings.
i still get the below error
Unable to connect. Either no server is running or those servers that are running are not accepting connections
Will restart of server or services help?
If yes, Can you please let us know wt are the services that needs to be restarted for PPM. Our server is on linux.
8112 is your server HTTP request/response port.
You need to add RMI port in Firewall (check this paramter in server.conf to get RMI port
1099 is the port no, still no good :(
Has this access worked in the past or is this a new implementation? What has changed since workbench access last worked? Are all users unable to access the workbench or is the problem limited to specific users?
