re-opening request

Hello all,

 

When iam trying to reopen the request using workflow(using workbench) .i didn't find any reopen button in the front end

Its a workflow transaction data related sync issue...just give an hour or two, sometimes a little longer too, depending on how often that request is used and you should see the "Re-open" button apprear soon. Thanks.

Hi,

 

In the workflow main settings, there is a field for the Re-open step,  make sure that is set and also that the user has access over this re-open step, so he can see the option.

 

Verify if this is a one user issue, or affects all request type users...
