exchange rate error

Hello,

I have the following problem: when adding a new exhange rate, I get the following error: An Error has Occurred

An unknown exception has occurred. Please reload the page you were editing and try again.
The following is a stack trace of the exception:

I think you need to follow up with the support for these kind of errors.

Hi,

I had found the problem for the above error: in the database, there were a couple of duplicate records. the problem was fixed by deleting one of the duplicates.

Could you please give me the details how you are able to solve this problem. I am also facing the same problem, I have already raised a case with HP Support, but nothing comes out.

Hello,

I will try to recall, since it was done quite some time ago.

As I remember, there were duplicate entries in the exchange rate table, for the same currency.
