Wissen,

When did you start seeing this error? Did you do any upgrade/patch application or refresh? Do you have any custom files under the WEB-INF/classes folder? Also, please check if you cleared tmp and work from ITG_Server/servername as part of the server restart after a patch upgrade.

Thanks,

Shiv

Re: error 500: Unknown error in ppm 9.14

Hi,

This error can come from many reasons, one I have seen when we tried to change the validation of one of the OOTB fields. It was a customer requirement to change Total Priority field to a drop down with value A,B,C and D. I saw the same error then. Another time I saw when we changed the validation of Business Objectives field. So please check if you have done something similiar in your Proposal RT.

Regards,

Neha

Re: error 500: Unknown error in ppm 9.14

Hello all.

Did you ever get a solution to this problem? Our instance is presenting the exact same issue, but its affecting existing projects as well. Most of them cannot be accesed due to the Error 500.

Project creation from proposal also throws an error 500, but the project is being created. We are currently unaware of what is causing the problem itself.

Regards,

Claudio
