deleting entered cost on financial summary

Hello;
I want to delete entered cost information on a financial summary. But neither admin nor project manager can not edit cost entered in the past.

Could you help me?
How can I delete entered cost to financial summary.

Hi,

 

if the cost was calculated automatically from the work plan, you cannot delete it - rather you have to configure the project not to rollup the work plan costs to the financial summary.

 

if the cost was entered manually, you have to go to the configure access page in the financial summary and specify the user/group who should be able to delete the costs.

Yes : the cost was calculated automatically from the work plan, you cannot delete it -

 

How can I configure the project not to rollup the work plan costs to the financial summary.

Notice that workplan cost is already calculated. Can I rollback it?

there are 2 options:

- Project Settings - Cost and Effort tab:

- Financial Summary Settings:

 

All of this is quite clearly explained in the PPM Product Documentation.
