Workflow Assignment Problem

Hi,

I've created a new Workflow, and a Request Type for the Project, while the request Header type for it is "PFM - Project"

in the PPM web interface, I've created a new Project type, and assigned the request type to the Request I have created.

I've linked the request to the workflow properly.

the problem is that whenever I create a new project, and select the project type which I created, it doesn't go to my workflow but rather goes to a "by default" created sample workflow shipped with PPM called
"Request Workflow - Sample"

can anybody help me out what is happenning here
is there anything I'm missing?

Re: Workflow Assignment Problem

For linking the request type to a workflow, you can create a rule in the request type with rule event "Apply on Creation" and rule type as advance default. In the SQL, you can give

SELECT WORKFLOW_ID, WORKFLOW_NAME FROM KWFL_WORKFLOWS WF WHERE WF.WORKFLOW_NAME = 'My Workflow'

in the result, make sure you are giving the token name of the workflow field.

Re: Workflow Assignment Problem

We always set the workflow with a Rule with type Simple Defaults and set the Workflow Name in the Workflow field in the Results section.
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
