Whats wrong in this code, PPM Webservices .NET

Hi Guys,

Server is keeping throwing this request. I am unable to understand whats wrong. PPM Documentation sucks...
They don't even give one example on how to transmit on .NET

Any help guys...

I know why. Its because executeWFTransitions only supported from 7.5, I am with 7.1 with SP4. hehe..
