Unfreezing TimeSheet (and difference between Freeze and Close)

I'd like to have the possibility to "re-open" for modification of TimeSheets previously Approved and Frozen.
My process is that once approved (technical)the administrative personell examin TS and proceed with freezing. Later on it could happen that some mistake is found, so it is necessary to unfreeze, edit and freeze again (without involve the technical Approval)
If I leave not-frozen the TS is is dangerous: people can act with rework on each "already approved" TS
thanks.

Re: Unfreezing TimeSheet (and difference between Freeze and Close)

This request sounds like a second-level approval for time sheets. as per my knowledge, HP suggests that this second level approval to be performed exactly by freezing the time sheets. Therefore, I would suggest providing the administrative users with the freeze time sheet access grant.

cheers

Re: Unfreezing TimeSheet (and difference between Freeze and Close)

Hi,
thanks but...my problem is not to activate a second level of approval. The pb is that once frozen on the TS will be no more possible to perform modifications (by administration users) in case later on they discover some mistake.
