Unable to start PPM server : jboss error thrown

Hi,

We are facing problem when trying to start PPM server.

I am attaching the error thrown when PPM server is started. Its related to Jboss. Could some one provide a solution to this.

Also i am not able to figure out where are the logs for PPM are generally stored.

don't know how much help I can be, but here's info from my experience.
The server log is located in the ppm directory - mine is \PPM\server\Prod\log

When I log a support case, they suggest that I attach the kSupport.sh file from the cygwin application (you'll need to know the user's name and password that the application connects to the database). The other thing support has suggested is that I stop the services, then run sh kUpdatehtml.sh, then restarting the services.

I just upgraded to PPM 8.0 and Documentum 6.5 in the same server and I encounter the same error. Do you have any idea?'
