Unable to save NEW references

Ever since we upgraded our QA environment from ITG 6.0 to PPM 7.1, we are unable to add additional references to a project and save them. We can view the references that are currently attached; however, not add new ones. Once I try to add a new reference, verify that it shows up, then click "Save Reference", I receive a page with a very lengthy error.

We are using a load balancer, BIGIP and maybe I'm missing a setting. HP is currently looking into this and they feel that SP5 should have fixed this. Is anything obvious sticking out to anyone? I'm wondering if I am missing a setting in our clustered environment.

hi,
you could try put this lines at server.conf:

yourserver.ENABLE_DOCUMENT_CLEANUP_SERVICE=true
yourserver.DOCUMENT_CLEANUP_SERVICE_DELAY=1440

ENABLE_DOCUMENT_CLEANUP_SERVICE=true -->
Enables a server thread that
periodically checks for documents that
are no longer attached to a PPM
Center entity, and removes those it
finds from the PPM Center file system.
This parameter is associated with the
parameter DOCUMENT_CLEANUP_
SERVICE_DELAY, which determines
the frequency with which this thread
runs.
