Unable to login to dashboard in cluster environment

Hi,

We have 2 servers( cluster environment) for PPM. We are able to login to workbench, but we are unable to login to dashboard. Can anyone tell me what could be the problem?

Thanks

Hi Shravan,

Which version you are using? Because in 8.0 there are some changes in cluster setting.

Thanks...

Re: Unable to login to dashboard in cluster environment

So likely the com.kintana.core.server.RMI_URL will be set correctly, I would start checking with the parameter com.kintana.core.server.EXTERNAL_WEB_PORT and make sure it is the same taht is set in the webserver's plugin cofiguration. As you said you are running a cluster (with a frontend webserver) the com.kintana.core.server.HTTP_PORT of the individual cluster members is not really important. In the workers.properties file on the external web server worker..port needs to match the EXTERNAL_WEB_PORT and this port needs to be open between the two hosts.
