My client is on 7.5 SP4 and we've setup some UI Rules to Show/Hide fields based on the value in another field. This works fine through out the workflow process until the Request is closed. Once it's close, the fields always show up. Anyone else seen this?
They've already responded, and yes, it is by design that Rules do not trigger when a Request is closed. However, there is an Enhancement Request to allow this behavior, but no ETA on when it will be available.
