Tracking Project Costs and exporting to Oracle

Is there anyway to track the costs of a project in phases and export the costs to Oracle? I am pretty much attempting to automatically create a financial snapshot at each of the milestones in the work plan and export the snapshot to Oracle.

Re: Tracking Project Costs and exporting to Oracle

Hi Brian,

you can check if it is possible to have your project phases reflect in the workflow and then use ksc_take_snapshot in the corresponding execution steps. This will create a snapshot of the financial summary which is written to the database.

The results are written to the table FM_FINANCIAL_SUMMARY. This table stores PFM financial summaries, financial data components and their snapshots.

Best regards,

Dirk
