Token to store URL at app server level that can be used in emails

We would like to embed a URL in emails. We do not want to hard code this URL in notifications.

Is there a token at system (SYS) or application server (AS) level that can be used?

Thank you

You can use the Token Builder in the Workbench to get a list of the system tokens.

For example:  If you wanted to use a link to create a new request that would work in your Dev, Test, Prod environments without hardcoding the base url, you should use something like the following:

'[AS.BASE_URL]/web/knta/crt/RequestCreate.jsp'

I hope this helps!

Thanks for your response.

This URL is not the base url. But it points towards the base url. Currently, our base url includes the port number.

And the URL that we would like to embed in emails does not include any port number.

Whats difference between PRIMARY_BASE_URL AND BASE_URL tokens ?
