is there any bug with the timeout service in PPM 8.02. Sometimes it works and sometimes does not. we have defined a constant timeout of 1 weekday, which should be 24 hours ,...
sometimes we receive reminder in 24 hours and sometimes in 48 hours..how does it actually work?
If we have to set that it should be sent in 24 hours then what else can we adopt for?
in PPM, there is no 'timeout service'. Please if wanting to troubleshoot something refer to names and paths of the actual services that you are requesting information for.
If this really is a service, then refer to teh services audit page under open -> administration and let me know the name of the service.
