Time Reporting in 7.5 restricted to direct manager (?)
Just upgraded from 7.1 to 7.5. In 7.1 we created Resource Groups that laid over our org structure and cascaded into their lower level groups. This allowed managers at all levels to generate time reports for their full teams. In 7.5 those managers are only seeing the time submitted by their direct reports; they're not seeing the time submitted by anyone who reports to one of their lower level managers. Was this a change in 7.5? Is there any way to restore the 7.1 functionality? Note: We can create a work-around by assigning a higher-level manager as a "Billing Approver", but that doesn't solve our issue with multi-level organizations. Thanks!

We had a similar issue and HP ended up giving us a one-off patch that contained the Actual Time Summary Report, the Time Sheet Summary Report, and the Time Sheet Detail Report. We had noticed this in testing also and saved the JSP file for the one report we ran most often and renamed it the 7.1 version. I would ask HP to provide this same one-off patch that contains the three JSP files if any of these reports are the ones you are referring to.
