I have a question regarding the notifications in PPM.
I need to know how to monitor that they are working fine without the need to integrate with the SMTP server as we are in the development phase.
I need to check the recipients and the format of the mail.

I would recommend you to use a separate SMTP server for DEV - you can use any smtp server (if you provide your email address I can send you the installation kit).
If this is not applicable, you should do the following:
- set up a SMTP server in server.conf - it can even be a dummy server
- disable the notifications in PPM
- in this manner, notifications will be triggered by the workflows, but they will only be stored in the PPM queue, which you can check directly in the database.
Thanks for your reply, the installation of SMTP application isn't applicable at our customer, I prefer the second solution, Do you have any details about the tables where can I find the notifications in the database.
