Re: Single Sign on error while using MSP Plug in

Radha,

We had seen similar problem and reported the same to HP. They had provided us multiple patches to fix the issue. I am sure you would get exactly what is needed on this issue.

Thanks!

Re: Single Sign on error while using MSP Plug in

Hi Neeraj,

Ticket is being pending since last september 08 with HP. I got DLL patch but that didn't help.

What the error is about and What was the patch which you received?

Re: Single Sign on error while using MSP Plug in

Hello Radha,

We were facing an issue with MSP not getting to PPM and if you try from PPM then export to MSP was lcoating Microsoft Project but was not exporting the workplan to the file and would just have project1 fiel open blank.

Following is the instructions for the patch installation.
See if you see a need to install this to fix up the problem.

unzip it at /server/ (if unzipped correctly, you will see MSPVersion.class file under /server/\deploy\itg.war\WEB-INF\classes\com\mercury\itg\util directory)
Restart the instance.

Did you give the server links before linking to the server?
