Severe Documentum Issues on 9.10

Hi,

 

We are planning to upgrade to 9.10 in August.

We are experiencing several serious issues during integration testing - all related to Documentum Integration. Issues serious enough not to be able to pass a reasonable UAT that involves normal demand management (i.e. creating, searching for and editing requests).

 

As an indication: are there any sites, Documentum Integrated on the Windows platform that have succesfully upgraded?

 

We are upgrading from 7.5 SP7 integrated with Documentum 5.3 SP5 through version 8 SP3 to 9.10 integrated with Documentum 6.5 SP2.

 

We have allready applied hotfix QCIM1L41818 for the problem described in KM1169984.

 

Currently we are stuck with defect QCCR1L15852, which is fixed in 8 SP3 and we are being told that no fix will be available until the release of SP2 for 9.1 at the end of July 2011.

Hi, Philip,

 

we have just upgraded today from PPM 7.5 SP7 to PPM 9.12. The instance was not integrated with Documentum, hence we performed the integration only on PPM 9.12. Tomorrow looks like a good day for saniy checks ;)

9.12 was released on Friday, so after deplyoment let's know if you are still experiencing any issues.

We have gone to 9.12 and the two issues are resolved.
