Hi all, I am wondering if there is a way to set a workflow notification email to "high priority". I don't see anything in the workbench notification screens that do this. After talking to a few peers, they don't see a way to do it either.
I have a requirement in hand to do this and was wondering if there was an out of the box way to handle it.
Hi Alan, if you are using MS Exchange/Outlook, there are some flags that you could try to use (cannot try it myself because we use Lotus Notes): for plain text notifications: X-Priority: 1 (Highest) X-MSMail-Priority: High
for HTML notifications: <meta http-equiv="X-Priority" /> content="1 (Highest)"> <meta http-equiv="X-MSMail-Priority" /> content="High">
I would place both right after the line with content-type. If you try, please tell us if this really works.
