Does anybody know how to clear a field from one step to another?

If the field is from the request type you can use the ksc_store command. If it is a request header field then the ksc_store cannot be used. I've listed an example below

ksc_store ="",""

If you're also changing the request's status between steps, you can just set the status dependency for that field to "Clear".

Erik,
Whether this clear works if we just specify clear for a field in a particular status? It is not working for me, Do I need to see any other conditions? Please advice.

I need to clear a header field. Do you know what command can I use?

There is no command that will clear a header. I would suggest either doing the clear like Erik said or creating a rule to clear it.

I created a rule that Applied on field change like that
select null,null from dual.

but still doesn't work

Ybarry, good day.
Now I finde solution for ours issues.
Solution.You need use execution FW step with ksc_store command.
Example:(ksc_store REQ.P.ORDER_CHANGE_DATE ="") where REQ.P.ORDER_CHANGE_DATE is fileld token.
Also i attach screen.
