Server.conf Entry

If we have entry like the below one, would like to whether this could impact anything to the application.

You can find 2 entry for oracle_home and both of them same.

#
# This is ORACLE_HOME directory on the Kintana server computer.
# $ORACLE_HOMEnetworkadmin should contain the appropriate tnsnames.ora
# file required to connect to the database containing Kintanas schema
# Note: Use forward slashes (') as directory delimiters.
#
com.kintana.core.server.ORACLE_HOME=e:/oracle/ora10g
# 070129 Changed due to upgrade of Oracle Client - KRN
#
com.kintana.core.server.ORACLE_HOME=e:/oracle/ora10g

Thanks

Re: Server.conf Entry

Until the values are same there won't be any impact.

Cheers..

Re: Server.conf Entry

Are you seeing any issues with two of these entries. As suggested earlier, it should not affect, but I would recommend to verify the entry from kConfig.sh to make sure that it is stored correctly on server.conf

Remember to run kUpdateHtml.sh after you complete server.conf updates, before restarting PPM.
