Server Log messages

Hello All,

 

We are using PPM 8.02.

 

Identified Notifications were not sending from PPM. So to fix the issue we have restarted the services of PPM, then it ran successfully. Next day it stopped sending notifications again. Facing this issue even though Notification Services running properly ( checked Services Page and ppm_service_job_status table)

 

Found below messages in Services node log:

 

:scheduler_Worker-3:com.mercury.itg.core.scheduler:2015/08/19-10:04:31.783 GMT: Could not send service message for job (_NOTIFICATION_SERVICE_0_0) because org.jboss.mq.DestinationFullException: Maximum size 10000 exceeded for QUEUE.ppmLightServiceQueue

:scheduler_Worker-3:com.mercury.itg.core.scheduler:2015/08/19-10:04:31.938 GMT: Could not send service message for job (_CONCURRENT_REQUEST_WATCH_DOG_1_884155) because org.jboss.mq.DestinationFullException: Maximum size 10000 exceeded for QUEUE.ppmLightServiceQueue

 

Is these messages preventing sending notifications? How to resolve Notification issues without restarting the services?

 

JMS_Messages table shows more than 5000 records too. Do we can delete these records when services are running.
