Saving a RT and getting KNTA-10023

I get an error when saving a request type in the workbench, sometimes my changes are saved but sometimes not.

 

An unknown error has occurred. For more information, please contact your PPM administrator and provide the following GUID number:
GUID=1DF0CB9E-73FF-C6B1-0ABD-4F3AF62963D3

And then when I try to save again:

An HP internal error has occurred. Please contact HP Project and Portfolio Management support if the problem persists. (KNTA-10023)

To comment, the escenary was that the client restore the DB PPM and PPM_RML schemas to the development environment, to achieve this they delete the user and create it again so the PPM user lack of gratns to some DB utilities were causing the problems.

 

We ran the permission scripts and now everything seems to be working fine.
