Saved Search showing error

Hi Team,

We are currently using HP PPM 7.5 SP6, and recently we had a data refresh from production instance.

Data refresh was complete and we were able to perform most of all of the operations except saving the Search results. The search works fine howeve when trying to save, we get an error message stating

An HP internal error has occurred. Please contact HP Project and Portfolio Management support if the problem persists. (KNTA-10023) .

The saved search entry appears under the Saved Search option in Navigation bar, however when clicked there are no field values used for search. if anybody have encountered this error and fixed it already please share the same to get rid of this.

the detailed error log is enclosed below for reference:

Re: Saved Search showing error

Hi Bharath,

Please check once the sequence KNTA_SAVED_SEARCH_FILTERS_S in both instances. Whether it stores the same value or not. In case it does not, then run KNTA_SAVED_SEARCH_FILTERS_S.NEXTVAL on the instance having lower value and make it same in both instances.

Thanks!!

Re: Saved Search showing error

I agreed with Mohit.

Also, there could be a repeated id where it shouldn't, so check the KNTA_SAVED_SEARCH_FILTERS table in bothe instances.
