SQL to find approval timestamp for a time-sheet

I need to send data from PPM time-reporting to SAP each week.   We will be collecting the data in hours per day  per project.  Each time-sheet will be 1 week in duration.   I need to know the date when the entire time-sheet is considered approved.   If there are 3 projects on the time-sheet ,  I cannot send the data until all 3 projects lines have been approved.  So I guess it would be latest approval date.  If the project is was approved, re-worked, and then re-approved it should be the latest approval date only.

What SQL can I use to get access to that data.?
