We are planning to integarte SM to PPM.
The flow will be create a SM request --> Auto-create the request in PPM --> when the PPM request is closed, mark the SM ticket are resolved.
How can we implement the part on marking the SM ticket as resolved? Is there a out of the box command that we can use?
You can send a Close_ticket wsdl xml to HPSM when the corresponding PPM ticket is closed.
