I have created a leave for the resource on 7th Nov in the resource calender. Now when I create a task for the resource on 6th for two days the duration is taken as 6th and 7th for the task and the leave is not considered. Please let me know how the resource calender is put into effect for the tasks. I am attaching the same in the document.
Hello Animesh, when you assign a resource by name leaves are not considered immediately. Searching for available resources takes leaves into account of course. When you let PPM recalculate the workplan, leaves are included in the planning. I don't remember the buttons name in the English version of PPM, therefore a screenshot. Regards Sascha
