Requests eligible for action does not appear on Dashboard

Hello,

I am using user defined token as a security for my workflow... I noticed that on instances wherein the token is being used to route the workflow action to a specific user, 'Assigned To' field is empty, the request is not being shown in the 'My Requests' portlet in the user's dashboard..  but the eligibility of the action based on token takes place as expected.

When 'Assigned To'field has a value, the request appears on the corresponding dashboard of that user assigned.

I am using user defined token to routing on my workflow and does not use 'Assigned To' field all the time to automate the routing process... how do i work about this?

Thanks.

Lester

Re: Requests eligible for action does not appear on Dashboard

which version you are using ? the fastest way is assigning user defined tokens in assigned to by editing workflow steps. under properties tab there is parent assigned to field, set user defined token in security tab here then people able to see requests in dashboard.

Hi Kerim,

I am using PPMC v.914.  I tried your recommendation and it worked perfectly!

Thanks!
