Request Types in Portlets

Hello,

While using the "Request List" portlet, users cannot see a specific Request Type to select. They are set up correctly on the "User Access" tab of this request type, but i am not sure if there is something i am missing?

Hi,

The request type is Enabled? Can the same user(s) see it in the Create New Request page?

Thanks i found the issue. the user was using a customized portlet and the request type in question was not set up to be pulled into the portlet.
