Request Type

Hi,
A Req Type 'Work Item' having a field (eg:'name'). I could not find the field in 'Status dependencies' Tab.
Is there any condition to view a field in the 'Status dependencies' Tab which is already present in the 'Field' Tab?

Please help on this.

Re: Request Type

The field should be enabled and display property should be true. If both this criteria are met then try saving the request type and then go to the status dependency tab.

Re: Request Type

Hi,

There is a support doc on this:

http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM193346?searchIdentifier=c360032%3a122592d52af%3a50e6&resultType=document&documentURL=KM193346&resultsURL=%2fselfsolve%2fdocuments&allowReturn=false

Here is what it says:

Unlink the Request Header Type rom the Request Type and then re-link it again.

Use the following steps to restore the fields into the Status Dependencies tab:

1. Unlink the Request Header Type from the Request Type and enter another Request Header Type in its place.
2. Save the Request Type.
3. Now Link the Request Header Type again back to the Request Type and save it.

Note:

These actions will cause the existing Status Dependencies for the Header Type fields to be removed. You will have to re-define them.

Re: Request Type

Thank you Erik, Now I am able to view the field in Status dependencies Tab.
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
