Re: Request Status field in portlet filter

For the second field use a validation with this SQL:

SELECT STATUS_ID, STATUS_NAME
FROM kcrt_statuses_nls
WHERE STATUS_ID IN
(SELECT STATUS_ID FROM kcrt_request_type_statuses WHERE REQUEST_TYPE_ID = [NON-VISIBLE-TOKEN])
ORDER BY STATUS_NAME

Replace the NON-VISIBLE-TOKEN with the Token of the first field, like REQ.P.SOMETHING

Re: Request Status field in portlet filter

Hi Sascha,

Thanks for the query.
When I click on Status it is not showing Status Name (attached the screen shot of the error), if I click on Show All, only then all the status name is displayed.

Can we modify the query such that it displayes Status Name as soon as Status is clicked?

Re: Request Status field in portlet filter

Try to add:

where UPPER(STATUS_NAME) like UPPER('?' || '%')
and (STATUS_NAME like upper(substr('?',1,1)) || '%'
or STATUS_NAME like lower(substr('?',1,1)) || '%')
order by 2

In the validation, try to set the expected list of length to short and you should be able to see the status name with clicking 'show all'
