Request List Portlet is timing out in PROD Instance.

Hi,

Recently we have upgraded the PROD database to
Oracle 10g 10.2.0.3.After this upgrade, the Request List Portlet is timing out.It is giving error like "We're Sorry -- This portlet could not be displayed because the load time exceeded the maximum setting.".

Can anyone tell me how can we resolve this issue?

We were able to alleviate some performance problems by setting the following in the Oracle configuration:

optimizer_index_caching integer 50
optimizer_index_cost_adj integer 50

We still have performance issues with some other queries, in particular with some request searches.
