I got the following issue; when a user ( work team project ) tries to report their activities into the report periot, he can't assign report of their activities to the project that is assigned but he can see the project. What is missing for the user?
P.D. The project also has configured for time management.
Hi. You need set activities. Go to "Manage activities" --> select any activities and set for this act-s "used for" = "project/task". Also check in workbensh setting of global time shet polisy on tab "activities" for setting requiring activities for you project. Good Luck
Thanks for the response and the advice. I have to tell you that those configurations don't help. I don't understand why the project team member can't report hours to the project that is assigned. Do you have more ideas?
HI. Check this: -Time Management enabled in project settings on tab "Cost and Effort" -users have Time Management license -users have "Edit Time Sheets" access grant -users assigned in task -work plan status ="Active" Good Luck
Added to the check points mentioned above also make sure that the user selects the option "No" for the option which asks for "Show tasks assigned to me only" in the pop up for selecting projects to which time is booked to.
