Receiving Notification Mail Problem For specific user

Hi,

In our environment, All notification system runs correctly without one users. She took action in 26th of August but PPM had sent mail to her in 13th of September.

 

I checked all notifications which will sent but there is no notification which will sent.  Also I checked the Nofications Services. Please find the below and let me know why this user has this problem.

 

Notification Cleanup Service works in every 24 hours.

Notification Service works in every 20 seconds.

1. Run report "notification history report" and select her name.

You will see if PPM sends any notification to her.

 

2. Check her ppm user regional settings. (we had some problems related to that in 9.22)

 

3. Is there any single quote _'_ in her name/username/email address ?

 

4. Recent PPM releases have a more precise debug tool for notification issues.

Hi,

 

1. I have created "Notification History Report" and selected her name. PPM didn't show anything. This user receive mail when she is Created by of a request. It means we used [REQ.CREATED_BY] token. May be PPM does not show us because of Token.

 

2. I checked her ppm user regional settings. Everything is true.

 

3.There is no any single quote in her name, username or email address.

 

We are still investigating this issue.
