Reason for breaks between request IDs

What could be possible reasons for breaks (i.e. 30001, 30002, 30010) on the PPM requests history?.

This question is because we have a break a little big on our requests history and since there isn't any "deleted requests report" on PPM, we have the concern about how that "hole" could have happened besides of deletion of requests.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Reason for breaks between request IDs

Hi Jonathan,

PPM always holds a batch of the "next" request IDs (30 I think) internally, so if you have multiple instances running (each caching some) or you have a few server restarts in that time period you can end up with gaps like that from those cached but unused request IDs.

Answer given the same as in Support Case. Was correct.

Thanks.
