Try krsc_utils.get_unmet_demand_hours(position_key in NUMBER)

Re: Query to get Unmet demand in Staffing Profile in PPM 7.5

Hi Erik Cole,

Thanks for your help in geeting unmet demand hours. But this function is returing total unmet demand. I want to know the unmet demand month wise that too in FTE.

Is there any logic to find the same.Or If it is not possible to get the unmet demand in FTE, if atleast can we get unmet demand in hours month wise?

Please help in this regard.

Thanks

Re: Query to get Unmet demand in Staffing Profile in PPM 7.5

You can just divide by 8 to get FTE, but in order to sum by month you would need to decompress the entries in ITG_COMPRESSED_ELEMENTS into a cursor and then sum from there. Have a closer look at those functions, the code gives some hints as to how this could be done.

looks like it is difficult to get the periods using ITG_COMPRESSED_ELEMENTS table.
I am looking for any alternate method to get month wise.
