Project Manager Unable to change project status

I have one project manager who is unable to change the status on some of her projects. When she views the work plan, the task 0 is not displayed. I have verified that she is listed as the Project Manager still. In addition, I have created new projects with her ID and am able to see task zero. I've also signed on as admin and can see and update the task 0 without issue. We are using PPM 7.1 SP8

Any idea why she can't see Task 0?

When you log in as admin and look at task 0 who is listed as the Task Owner?

i would also suggest to check the user security groups and licenses.

When I sign on as admin and look at the task 0 the PM is still listed as the task owner.

Hi Scott,
I am not 100% sure on your set up.
You are telling that the user cannot change the status of the project, That means the security group that is defined in the workflow step is not given to the PM. Please check that, if it is correct the PM should not be able to see action buttons for navigation.
I hope if we fix it, we will have a lead in the Workplan problem
