-->We are having in one workflow step, an email notification to be sent out when that step becomes eligible. -->In the notification tab we have copied the template body from a template created using Frontpage. -->However when the notification is triggered for that step, the value of the body that gets stored in the DB CLOB coloumn of the KNTA_NOTIF_TXN_parents table, we see that the whole template is not getting stored. -->Rather only a portion of the template is getting into the DB coloumn and as a result when the email is triggered the mail body has html tags in the body rather than the actual text that needs to go out.
Has anyone encountered this issue and if so how did you go about resolving the same?
