Hi,

Then it means he is not responsible in the active step...

Can you share a screenshot of the graphical view?

Re: Problem in changing the status of a particular Request type

Hi,

open workbench -> Configuration -> Workflows -> open your workflow. Check the security group(s) configured for the problematic steps in the security tab and add the user to one of those security groups.

Hi,

Is the particular user is a project manager or assigned resource?

Please check is that particular user have access to "ITG Administrator” security group, if not add  "ITG Administrator Security Group" to user.

Thanks,

Haritha

Re: Problem in changing the status of a particular Request type

This ITG is assigned to him, and user is part of this ITG Administrator group,

he is facing issues in changing the status only for this request type.
