Pie chart portlet whit a grey grid

I have customized a pie chart for our customer. PPM version is 9.1.1

1. There is a grey grid in the wege which exceed 50%. Is there anyone have the same experience. May be a bug for PPM 9.1.

2. Can the color be sorted by red amble green? for now the order is from 3 o'clock anticlockwise red green amble.

I have let below result as the wedge source, but no effect.

DECODE(PR.OVERALL_HEALTH_INDICATOR,'RED','Red','YELLOW','Amber','GREEN','Green','No Health')

Re: Pie chart portlet whit a grey grid

in your DECODE function there is no color definition. You caould add red colored text.
DECODE(PR.OVERALL_HEALTH_INDICATOR,'RED','Red','YELLOW','Amber','GREEN','Green','No Health','MediumBlue')

for color codes/names please have look HP PPM CreatPortletModule.pdf book page 153 Appendix A

PS: Please inform us if it work for u.

Re: Pie chart portlet whit a grey grid

hi, thanks for reply.

color:

 DECODE(PR.OVERALL_HEALTH_INDICATOR,'RED','E61A1A','YELLOW','D4A017','GREEN','228B22','NONE','GRAY')

I have changed the SQL query like that, but the grey grid still exists.

Full SELECT below:

SELECT COUNT(KRP.REQUEST_ID) REQUEST_ID, DECODE(PR.OVERALL_HEALTH_INDICATOR,'RED','E61A1A','YELLOW','D4A017','GREEN','228B22','NONE','GRAY') COLOR, DECODE(PR.OVERALL_HEALTH_INDICATOR,'RED','Red','YELLOW','Amber','GREEN','Green','NONE','No Health') DISPLAY_ORDER, PR.OVERALL_HEALTH_INDICATOR HEALTH
FROM

Is someone get some experience on this case.
