Patch migration error


We are on PPM 7.5 SP5. We have a patch migration process which internally uses the OOTB workflow for patch deployments (We have Oracle e-business suite v7.5 extension). Same patch goes through DEV --> TEST --> QA --> PROD environment.

Recently we have migrated TEST environment from one database server to another. After migration, necessary changes are done in the 'Environment' tab for TEST environment but it fails to set the instance to maintenance mode and again back to NORMAL mode. Is any other change required other than changing server names in environment settings? Please advise.
